Printing your document will give you a hard copy. You will finally be able to see the fruits of your labor!

However, you should print preview before printing. This allows you to view your document on screen before sending it to the printer. This important feature can save you paper.

Click File, Print Preview

Word brings up a full-page image of your document.

You can use the Magnify Button to get a closer look. If the document is acceptable, you could print from this screen using the Print Button . However, we will close and print from the File menu.
